Changing the narrative
for women with Parkinson’s Disease.

Hi, I am Caitlin Nagy

I am a mom, wife, creative director, entrepreneur, bestselling author and I have been living with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease (YOPD) since 2014. I proudly identify as a PD Woman, someone living with Parkinson’s Disease.

My mission? To revolutionize the way PD Women are perceived and treated within the healthcare industry.

For those, like me, who find it hard to identify with the conventional 'Parkinson's' label, I felt compelled to introduce a name that truly honors our strength, resilience, and individuality. Because, let's be honest: even though we may be deficient in dopamine, we are undeniably PRETTY DOPE.

Enter Pretty Dope Women. More than just a name or life sentence, it's a reflection of who we are
powerful, resilient, and remarkable.

What Drives Me Forward

Empowerment Through Experience
I’m dedicated to sharing my personal journey—the highs, the lows, and the lessons—of healing my body and working towards putting PD into regression.

The Power of Plant Medicine
Dive into my insights on the remarkable healing potential of plant medicine—a journey of discovery that has been both enlightening and rejuvenating.

Alternative Avenues
Walk with me as I recount my exploration of alternative healing methods and how they've shaped my PD journey.

Advocacy & Acceptance
I believe every PD Woman should confidently embrace and love herself without feeling the need to conceal her experiences. By speaking out and advocating for our health, we not only empower ourselves but also pave the way for a better understanding and care.

Bio-Hacking Brilliance
I’m passionate about teaching fellow PD Women the transformative power of bio-hacking our cycles. By understanding and tuning into our bodies, we can manage our symptoms more effectively.

Meditation & Energy Transformation
Tapping into the transformative power of quantum physics and meditation to rewire neural pathways and unlock healing energy, leading to meaningful physical change. It's not just peace we gain; it's the power to heal from within.

Recently diagnosed with PD and have no idea where to go from here?

Let me guess, your doctor, in their haste, provided you with an incredibly concise and generic summary of what this potentially means for you. They may have handed you a prescription and promptly sent you on your way. As a result, you're likely feeling overwhelming emotions such as hopelessness, confusion, and even denial. Alternatively, you could still find yourself stuck in a disheartening gray area, anxiously waiting for that elusive referral to come through.

Don’t worry, I get it. I have been there. And I would be happy to offer my support and help you learn to navigate this journey you are on with courage and resilience.
